10-day return window

Customers may request a return within 10 days after the order is received if the delivered item is materially different from the product ordered, including a clearly different shape or a color that is substantially different from the product listing.

To help us review the case quickly, please contact Amanda with the order number, an unboxing photo if available, and clear photos of the received product.

Color variation note

Real leather, suede, lighting, and display settings can create normal visual variation. If the color remains reasonably similar to the product presentation, that difference is considered normal and does not qualify as a return reason.

• Accepted: clearly different shape or far different color
• Not accepted: minor or reasonably similar color variation
• Item should remain unused and returned with original accessories if approved
