Refund and Returns Policy
We want every Amanda Leather Fashion order to arrive in good condition and match the expectations set at the time of purchase. Because many leather goods may involve limited stock, handcrafted production, or made-to-order handling, returns and refunds are reviewed carefully.
Return requests
Return requests should be submitted within 7 days from delivery.
Customers who wish to request a return should contact [email protected] with their order number, reason for the request, and supporting photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Eligible return conditions
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item should be returned with original packaging where reasonably possible.
- The request must be made within the approved return window.
- The item must not show signs of use, misuse, or damage caused after delivery.
Non-returnable or limited-return items
- Made-to-order, custom-color, or custom-spec products are generally non-refundable unless they arrive defective or materially different from the approved order.
- Items returned without prior approval may be refused.
- Sale, discounted, or clearance items may be treated as final sale unless otherwise stated.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially incorrect, customers should contact us as soon as possible with clear photos and the order number. If the issue is confirmed, we may offer an exchange, replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation.
Refund processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method whenever possible. Timing may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or card issuer.
Return shipping
For standard return requests, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect, Amanda Leather Fashion may cover or arrange the return handling as appropriate.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, return shipping arrangements should only be made after the return request is approved by Amanda Leather Fashion.
